Soul and Sea Yoga

Soul and Sea Yoga is a welcoming yoga studio with outdoor beach yoga classes in Javea in Spain.

My goal is to bring you into the present through private & group yoga classes. I teach in Javea but can travel anywhere in the Costa Blanca North.

I hold four classes a week outdoors on the beautiful, sandy Arenal Beach in Javea (Mon, Wed, Sat 9:00 am) & (Thurs 18:30 pm). I offer Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga and yin yoga classes and support all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners.

My passion for yoga began many years ago in Boston where I fell in love with Vinyasa Yoga and later trained with Rolf Gates.
