The main host and teacher, Belen is a professional, attentive and kind person who teaches both in English and in Spanish and can facilitate clases for practitioners of all levels. Remember to check out for special events, like a yin yoga event with live Spanish guitar accompanying you deeper into deep relaxation.

Highly recommended. A very peaceful and tranquil studio with a good vibe. The owner Belen is such a skillful and gentle teacher who'll improve your yogaskills and is a great person too.

Ich liebe die Ashtanga Klasse bei Erika! Obwohl ich kein Spanisch spreche und die Stunde auf Spanisch ist, hat sie immer wieder ubersetzt und sich fur mich Zeit genommen. Ich werde immer wieder gerne in ihren Unterricht gehen. Intelligente Hands-on-Assists und eine spielerische Praxis. I like!
