The company was established in Ibiza in 2011 and its founders have almost 20 years' experience in the catering industry having previously worked at large events such as Art Basel in Miami, Milan Fashion Week and Bologna Motor Show.

We are passionate about food; wherever possible we source local, organic, seasonal ingredients. We enjoy reinventing traditional dishes by adding a modern spin to them.
